A 6-week introductory plan for people wanting to improve their energy, health and well-being
Package Fee: £180.00
This introductory plan takes place over six weeks and will help you get started with changes to your food and lifestyle choices that will support improved energy, health and well-being.
It includes three one-to-one 60-minute sessions, a weekly check-in, any relevant hand-outs, recipes and a written plan for you to follow.
Sessions take place online via Zoom or Skype.

Here's how it works
In the first session we will explore what you are eating at present and other lifestyle choices, such as rest and exercise. We will discuss what you hope to achieve and the timescale in which you hope to achieve this. At the end of this session, I will give you three suggestions to put into action straight away.
Two weeks later we will meet again to review any progress you have made and discuss the plan I will have prepared for you. This plan will offer more comprehensive suggestions for achieving your goals. You'll receive a written copy of this plan after our meeting.
I offer a weekly check-in to support your progress if you need it, either through a 20-minute phone call or via text/email/WhatsApp.
Our third meeting will be 4 weeks later, once you have had time to try out some (or all) of the suggestions. We will check in on how things are going, make adjustments to your plan if needed and you will have plenty of time to ask questions. We will also celebrate your successes together.
If you need some suggestions for what to eat day to day, I can prepare a weekly meal plan for an additional £40.00.
We will discuss any follow-on if you need further support after this initial 6 weeks.
After your initial six weeks, you may need further support. The Follow-On Package is for a futher three sessions, each of which will be a 30 - 40 minute meeting online or by phone. These can take place fortnightly or at a longer interval according to what you need.
We will check in on your progress, make further adjustments if needed and I can give you further inspiration with recipes. If you need to know anything more about your nutrition further handouts will also be available.
If you need the extra support of a week's menu plan this can be added for an additional £40.00.
I am deeply concerned about the amount of food poverty in the UK and around the world and the potential harm this is doing to the future health of adults and children. I have therefore decided that a percentage of all the fees I receive will be donated to food charities that support healthy eating. If you would like to match this when you pay your fee this will enable a larger donation to be made. If you would like to suggest a local group you would like to see receive a donation please let me know. At the moment it's not much, but hopefully this will grow as Cranes Well-being grows.
